Spring arrives. Summer expands. Autumn releases. Winter becomes still.
We have witnessed these movements our entire lives.
Body, Breath & Being uses the natural world as an invitation to explore the equally rich landscape of human experience.
Each 12-week experience begins with a season.
Over twelve weeks, residents encounter different aspects of that season through the body, breath, attention, senses, and reflection. Not as a lecture. Not as something to master. As something to experience.
Every session offers residents a welcoming place to move, breathe, and become present. A familiar seasonal theme opens the experience. Movement brings it into the body; breath and meditation create room to notice; reflection helps residents connect it with their own lives.
There is no pose to perfect and no belief to adopt. Residents participate in the way that feels right for them, including from a chair.
The experience includes:
live guided sessions,
a companion workbook,
and materials your community can share with participating residents.
